When you place an order via any channel, you will be asked to confirm the earliest possible date that you can accept delivery of your furniture. We refer to this as your "Do not deliver before/earliest acceptance date". Once this date is set, it cannot be amended as our supply chain is reliant on it. In setting a Do Not Deliver Before/Earliest Acceptance Date, you agree to accept your furniture within 2-3 weeks of your goods becoming available for delivery.
