RETURN / REFUND AND CANCELLATION

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

At Desket we make sure each product has gone through rigorous testing and quality check before it is delivered to you. If any minor damages occur while delivering your product, that is shifting the products, or while during transportation, it will be rectified within 24-48 hrs.

No orders can be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect, All Visual changes will not be considered for return as the products are exclusively made as per your instructions that is why we make sure we confirm the design, color before manufacturing. RETURN POLICY FOR STANDARD PRODUCTS

  1. Replacement on damaged or defective products only

The products are purchased by way of customized furniture the same terms and conditions shall apply to any request of replacement/refund as is offered on the products suffering from manufacturing defects or borer infestation only or it can’t be used on the time of delivery.

 

  1. Not up to furnishing / color defect

 The products which are specifically customized/designed as per the specific desire of a customer shall only be replaced or refunded in case of any manufacturing defect or borer infestation. (If the product is broken or not in suitable conditions). The repair or refund of the faulty products shall be at the sole discretion of DESKET against the expansion of cracks, bending & knots. In case of minor design and color variations. With products, there will always be some variation between products Further, the exchange or repair of the faulty product is action by DESKET at the original delivery address of the customer, which the customer provided during the purchase.

In case the product sizes, & color are standard and purchased from any of our showrooms/Online and not custom made, we do accept the return and no questions are asked if returned within 14 days. 

Make sure the product returned to us in a sale-able condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and tear or any kind of damage. And there is no evidence of use.

CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, Size changes, Configuration changes, Color changes, Material changes etc. 

Many times, we walk into a furniture store and think that there are a lot of people who have the same sofa. Our furniture reflects on the kind of personalities we are and also gives a peek into our taste. So, having something similar to other people can be quite frustrating. However, buying custom furniture can eliminate the aforementioned problems. Your furnishing is meant to reflect on your lifestyle and personality.

Although before you proceed with customization, please make sure you had gone through these points.

  • Color variations, Colors like fabric colors, leather colors, Polish colors may slightly vary from batch to batch depending upon the supplier batches, we ensure only 90% accuracy in colors

Visual changes from pictures to actual product, Images displayed are taken under special lighting and backgrounds to make it more attractive, 

  • once the background changes and the angle of seeing the product changes the product may look a little bit more different from actual, if you are looking for same visual design from the image, please request for size details before your order.
  • Any size customization might alter the complete look of the product and make sure you have gone through the standard product dimensions before customization.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • We will process the refund due to you within 7 working days upon approval. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. There is no right of return for any Clearance Item purchased from our showrooms as they are sold as seen. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • In the case of custom-made products, you wish to cancel the order after 4 days of placing the order, the Custom requested Material cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We will pay the costs of return if the Products are damaged on arrival, manufacturing defect & Incorrect product. In all other circumstances, including where you are exercising your right to change your mind, you must pay the costs of return. If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the Products from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
  • If you return a product for any other reason (for instance, you have notified us because you claim that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and [where we have not been able to provide a replacement or repair] will notify of your refund via telephone or e-mail within a reasonable period. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day, we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.
  • Desket will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however, locations where we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us or dispose of/ destroy them.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order before 4 days of placing the order.
